Water pump station is designed with average flowrate 13680 m3/d and 1300 meter head. Type of agreement for this project is EPC.

Drafts & Revisions

The aim of this project is pumping of raw water for using in copper industry. Micro Drum screen unit is considered in order to prevent downstream equipment from damage and clogging. The filtration unit consists of micro drum filter units located inside the reservoir. Filter is equipped with horizontal axis of rotation.

Other information

Backwash system is connected to the backwash pumps which pumps already filtered water for cleaning the cloth. Filter operation is based on sensing the water levels in front of filter and in its sludge tank. Device is equipped with all the functional components vital for filtration. Filter is able to remove only particles bigger than filtration cloth aperture. The filtered water is lead to 500 m3 water storage tank and then is pumped by dry centrifugal pumps to specific units in order to use as make up water.
